Launch Offer Terms
Conditions of the "first 1,000 seats" launch rate
These Launch Offer Terms supplement the Subscription Terms and define the launch rate offered to the first customers of VNClagoon SaaS.
1. The offer
1.1During the Offer Period, new customers can subscribe to Essential at CHF 6.90 / EUR 6.90 and to Professional at CHF 10.90 / EUR 10.90 per seat per month on an annual billing cycle (the "Launch Rate"), instead of the list prices of CHF 9.90 / EUR 9.90 and CHF 14.90 / EUR 14.90. Monthly billing is available at CHF 8.90 / EUR 8.90 for Essential and CHF 13.90 / EUR 13.90 for Professional.
1.2The Offer Period starts on the launch date and ends on 31 December 2026 or when 1,000 seats in total have been subscribed under this offer across all customers, whichever occurs first. The number of remaining seats is shown on the website for information; the count at the moment of successful payment is decisive.
1.3If, at the moment of payment, the seats subscribed by a Customer exceed the number of seats remaining under the offer, the Launch Rate nevertheless applies to all seats of that signup, up to the self-service maximum of 300 seats. The offer then closes.
2. What is locked
2.1The Launch Rate applies to the seats subscribed at signup (the "Locked Seats") for the entire lifetime of the tenant, that is for as long as the subscription continues without interruption, irrespective of future list price changes.
2.2Seats added after signup are charged at the list price in force at the time they are added. The invoice shows Locked Seats and list-price seats as separate lines.
2.3If the Customer reduces the number of seats below the number of Locked Seats, the number of Locked Seats is permanently reduced to the new number. Seats added again later are list-price seats.
2.4Switching package after signup: a change from Essential to Professional moves the Locked Seats to the Professional Launch Rate. A change from Professional to Essential moves them to the Essential Launch Rate.
2.5A switch from annual to monthly billing keeps the Launch Rate, billed at the published monthly rate.
3. Loss of the offer
3.1The Launch Rate ends if the subscription is terminated or lapses for non-payment, or if the tenant is deleted. A new subscription afterwards is at list price. Seats refunded under the money-back guarantee are released back to the offer pool.
3.2The Launch Rate is bound to the tenant and the legal entity that subscribed. It cannot be transferred, except to a legal successor in the course of a merger or reorganisation with notice to VNC.
3.3VNC may withdraw the Launch Rate from a tenant that obtained it through misrepresentation, for example by splitting one organisation into several tenants to claim more seats under the offer.
4. Other
4.1One signup per organisation under this offer. Affiliates are separate organisations for this purpose.
4.2The offer cannot be combined with other discounts. Sovereign AI credits and storage add-ons are not part of the offer.
4.3VNC may end the offer early for legal or regulatory reasons. Launch Rates already granted remain unaffected.
