Certified data centres
Hosted in data centres certified to ISO 27001 and BSI C5 Type 2. VNC AG's own certification roadmap is published in the trust centre with dates.
Export in open formats
Full export of mail, calendar, contacts, files and records at any time. Cancellation takes effect at period end; data is deleted on a published schedule.
Optional, privately operated
No AI runs on your data unless you enable it. Models are open-weight and hosted in the EU or Switzerland, never outside.
Sub-processors
The sub-processor list names every provider that can process tenant data, with its service, location and safeguard. The hosting provider is named only here, and the list is versioned so you can read the version that applied.
Cancellation and export
Cancel in the admin console, effective at the end of the billing period. Export mail, calendar, contacts, files and records in open formats at any time, and for a published window after cancellation.
