Getting started
Is there a free trial?
No. VNClagoon SaaS is offered to businesses from 3 seats; the launch rate is the introductory incentive. If you want to explore first, optional demo data can be loaded into your own tenant and deleted with one click; by default your workspace starts empty. You can cancel at the end of any billing period.
How long does setup take?
Under 5 minutes for the workspace. Four steps: organisation, first administrator, payment, live. Payment is confirmed before provisioning starts.
Billing
Which currency am I billed in?
CHF for customers in Switzerland, EUR for customers in the EU. The currency is set by your billing country at signup and applies to packages and AI credits alike. Prices exclude VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge.
What is locked in the launch offer?
The per-seat price of the seats you purchase at signup, for the lifetime of your tenant. Seats added later are billed at list price; reducing seats permanently reduces the locked allowance. The offer ends when 1,000 seats are claimed or on 31 December 2026, whichever is first. If your signup is larger than the seats remaining, your whole signup still receives the launch rate.
Who processes my payment?
Card and SEPA payments are processed by Stripe under a data processing agreement; Stripe is listed in the sub-processor table. Your workspace data never passes through the payment provider.
Data
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union or in Switzerland, never outside. The data centres are certified to ISO 27001 and BSI C5 Type 2.
Does AI see my data?
No AI runs on your data unless you enable it. Models are open-weight and hosted in the EU or Switzerland, never outside.
Account
How many seats can I buy self-service?
From 3 to 300 seats. Above 300, the sales team helps with larger tenants, private cloud and on-premises deployment.
Can I connect my own identity provider?
Yes. VNClagoon SaaS supports SAML and OIDC single sign-on, and SCIM provisioning and the audit log are in Professional.
Exit
How do I cancel?
In the admin console, effective at the end of the billing period. Export remains available for 30 days after the end date.
What do I get on export?
Mail, calendar, contacts, files and records in open formats, at any time while the tenant is active and for a published window after cancellation.
