The entire VNClagoon suite received its 2026 generation and is running in production. For users, three things changed.
One identity, one login. VNCdirectory manages organisations, people, seats and access rights in one place. A single sign-on through VNCportal opens every product; profile, presence and notifications are the same everywhere.
Intelligence built into every product. VNClagoon AI runs on VNC's own GPU infrastructure in Switzerland or the EU, never on a US cloud. It summarises, drafts, searches, transcribes video and translates between German, French, Italian and English inside every product. Every user receives a daily digest of what needs attention. AI spending is governed by a budget per organisation.
Native apps on every device. Desktop apps for macOS, Windows and Linux, and an Android app with VNC's own notification service, so no Google or Firebase component ever sees your data. The webmail client loads roughly seven to ten times faster than before.
Underneath: VNCcrm adds a weighted pipeline forecast and early warning on deals at risk. VNCproject adds earned-value reporting, portfolio planning and capacity management. Any automated action with a financial or legal effect passes a human approval and remains auditable and reversible.
