Getting started

Four steps to a sovereign workplace.

1

Choose how you deploy

On-premise, private cloud, or hybrid — VNClagoon runs on any CNCF Kubernetes. You keep the keys and the data.

2

Provision the stack

Declare services in Git; ArgoCD applies them. A new region is a commit, a rollback is a revert.

3

Onboard your users

One directory, one login, one design system across every product — no per-app accounts.

4

Connect what you have

Open standards throughout (IMAP/SMTP, CalDAV, XMPP/Matrix, LDAP/AD, OIDC) — migrate in and out freely.

The suites

20+ products, one platform.

Deployment

Runs where you run.

VNClagoon deploys on any CNCF Kubernetes — MicroK8s on the edge, SUSE/RKE2 in the data center, OpenShift for the enterprise, OpenStack for the carrier. On-premise, private cloud, or hybrid; the same YAML, the same behaviour, everywhere. Managed through GitOps with ArgoCD — every change versioned, auditable, and reversible.

Sovereign AI

AI you own — chosen per query.

Local AI

On-device inference — Ollama, NPU/GPU — with zero network egress.

Private AI

Your cluster — vLLM and open models that stay inside your perimeter.

Public AI

Frontier models, strictly opt-in per query when you choose to use them.

FAQ

Common questions.

Where does my data live?

On infrastructure you control — your metal, your data center, your jurisdiction. Nothing leaves the perimeter without your say.

Is VNClagoon open source?

The core is built on open-source foundations — inspectable and auditable. You audit the code, not a compliance PDF.

How is it deployed?

On any CNCF Kubernetes — MicroK8s, SUSE/RKE2, OpenShift, OpenStack — on-premise, private cloud, or hybrid, managed through GitOps.

Can we keep our existing email/identity systems?

Yes. VNClagoon speaks open standards (IMAP/SMTP, CalDAV/CardDAV, LDAP/AD, OIDC), so it integrates with what you already run.

How does the AI stay sovereign?

Choose per query: local (on-device), private (your cluster), or public (opt-in). Your prompts never train someone else's cloud model unless you decide so.

How do we get started?

Book a demo or start a free trial — our engineers walk the full stack with you, in your environment, on your timeline.
