What happens after provisioning

Payment is confirmed before provisioning starts. The tenant is created with your organisation name and the first administrator account. Demo data is loaded so the workspace is explorable from the first minute. You receive the workspace URL and an invoice by e-mail.

First tasks for the administrator

  • Connect your domain and mail records.
  • Invite the first users and groups.
  • Turn on 2FA and connect SSO, SAML or OIDC.
  • Review storage, retention and the audit log.
