Imagine you’re working on a ticket in VNCproject and need quick clarification. With the Action Wheel, you can instantly send a chat message to the ticket creator to ask for details or confirm requirements—all without leaving the application, in just a few clicks.

- VNCcontacts: Click the Action Wheel to view detailed profile information, including photos, contact details, and, for users with administrative or controlling permissions, account or HR data. The “Recent Activity” tab in VNCcontacts displays recent chats, emails, tickets, and more, giving you a quick overview of your latest interactions with the selected person.
