Zug, 14. December 2023, we just released our new VNCproject Versions 5.1.13, 5.1.14 & 5.1.15. The main focus of all versions is on user interface enhancements to make your work with our project management solution VNCproject even smoother and more efficient. A pretty cool new feature we released with VNCproject version 5.1.13 is the possibility to collapse or expand all sections at once. Please use “CTRL” or “CMD” and click on any section in your VNCproject tickets, tasks, meta tasks or on other VNCproject pages where multiple selections are visible, and all collapsed lists will expand and all details are displayed at a glance.
We also optimized the layout and usability of the VNCproject Holiday Module. This module can be used to add and display the leave of team members. If your HR adds the leave for any selected team member this will also effect the capacity of this team member in the agile board – it will automatically be set to zero and indicate to the team and the management that this person is not available on the selected date. Thus, you receive this information directly while working in VNCproject without having to change to an internal HR calendar or ERP. This definitely helps your teams to plan and assign tasks based on availability and work load.
With VNCproject version 5.1.14 & 5.1.15 we additionally updated the achievement icons and added a new popup window for the more convenient creation of recurring tasks. Working with recurrences can save time and will make your work-day easier. We also implemented some design changes for new projects.
